Co-founder, Content & Strategy Director
James has extensive experience in content development, editing, writing and market research gained from working as the director of research at ALM publishing and Incisive Media in London and New York. Some of the clients he worked with include: CMS, Bird & Bird, Deloitte, Kroll, Microsoft, Mimecast, RBC, RBS, SAP Fulcrum and more. Prior to this he worked as an analyst at a start up and in policy analysis for a criminology think tank. James has an undergraduate degree in politics and a postgraduate degree in law. He is happiest travelling, overeating, listening to soul music or watching RuPaul’s drag race (sometimes all at the same time). He still can’t really swim, but did have lessons recently.
Co-founder, Editorial Director
Ben is an experienced journalist and copywriter, having previously been a reporter at Dow Jones Newswires and the Wall Street Journal in London. He has been freelancing since 2015, writing regularly for publications including Euromoney, IFR and Legal Week (where he was first commissioned by James). Ben has a masters degree in newspaper journalism. He is fascinated by financial markets and the business of law (and space science). When he’s not working you can usually find him reading, checking the football scores or pretending to exercise. He once went diving with great white sharks and spent several summers in Ibiza editing a music magazine (equally as hazardous for your health).
